This distribution modifies the Qwen/Qwen3.5-2B model by extracting its text
backbone, adding native decision LoRA parameters and a scalar head, and training
on native decision supervision. The vision tower and vocabulary output head are
not part of the native checkpoint. Original model publisher: Qwen Team.
